When the off-the-shelf SaaS doesn’t fit

Most businesses hit a moment when the SaaS stack they pieced together no longer matches how they actually work. Maybe it’s a missing integration between the CRM and the line-of-business app. Maybe a workflow that used to be a 5-minute task now takes 45 minutes across three browser tabs. Maybe the internal “system” is a spreadsheet that 12 people are emailing back and forth.

CRM buildouts — Pick the right platform, configure it for your sales/ops process, migrate your data, train your team, integrate the rest of your stack. Most of our buildouts are HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Migrations between CRMs (including lead history and dedupe) are routine work.

Custom integrations — Your CRM talks to your accounting system. Your accounting system talks to your phones. Your phones tag calls in your CRM. Your help-desk system triggers an automation in your CRM when a ticket is escalated. We build the glue between systems, with proper retry logic, error handling, and observability — not a brittle one-off script that breaks on the first edge case.

Workflow automation — n8n (our usual default), Make, Zapier, or custom code. Reduces hours of manual work to a few seconds, with audit trails the off-the-shelf vendors don’t always give you.

Internal tools — Admin dashboards, ops portals, ETL pipelines, AI-assisted document processing. Built on Retool, Appsmith, or custom React/Next.js depending on what fits.

Custom applications — When the project warrants it: full web or mobile applications hosted on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Cloudflare Workers. Architected for the next 5 years, not the next 6 months.

Managed dev teams — Senior engineers managed by us, dedicated to your account on a monthly retainer. You get capacity without recruiting risk, payroll, or benefits overhead.

Inherited code rescue — You have a codebase from a contractor who is no longer responsive, or a legacy app no one wants to touch. We audit it for security and stability, document it, and either maintain it as-is or modernize it gradually.
