Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use sagesolutionsllc.net, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our target

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most often used for business websites in the United States.

What we check

• Every page is scanned with the axe-core accessibility checker, in both the dark and light themes.
• Every page is checked at phone widths down to 320 pixels, so content fits without scrolling sideways.
• Menus, forms and calculators are checked by hand with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and the photo slideshow has a pause button.

Automated tools find only part of the problems a person can run into, so we fix issues people report to us as well.

Known limitations

• Downloadable PDFs (checklists, pricing sheets and our capabilities document) are not yet tagged for screen readers. If you need one in another format, ask and we will send the content to you.
• The security check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare. If it stops you from sending a form, call or email us instead.
• Sites run by other companies, such as our client support portal and review sites we link to, are outside this statement.
