Refund Policy

Service Delivery Satisfaction Guarantee

At Sage Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT and networking services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve any concerns.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The delivered service does not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.

Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the billing period unless specifically outlined in your agreement.

  • Prepaid annual subscriptions may qualify for prorated refunds based on remaining months, minus any applicable early cancellation fees.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Software licenses, hardware, or third-party services purchased through Sage Solutions are non-refundable once provisioned or activated.

  • Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Sage Solutions at least 30 days in advance. Services with minimum contract terms may incur an early termination fee if canceled before the term ends.

Impact of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, services will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle or as specified in the service agreement.

  • Data stored on Sage Solutions systems or third-party platforms will be securely deleted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination by Sage Solutions

Sage Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to meet payment obligations.

  • Breach of agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  • Violation of applicable laws or any activities that jeopardize the security, privacy, or integrity of our network or services.

  • All customer data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless explicitly required for service provisioning or legally mandated.

  • Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent.

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data stored on our systems.

Data Retention and Deletion

Upon service cancellation or termination, all stored data will be securely deleted from Sage Solutions' systems after 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. During this period, clients may request a data export, subject to applicable service fees.

10DLC Compliance

As part of our communication practices, Sage Solutions complies with 10DLC (10-digit long code) regulations for business messaging. To ensure your data privacy and compliance:

  • All customer communications, including SMS and other forms of digital messaging, are handled in line with 10DLC rules to avoid spam and ensure trust and transparency.

  • We use registered 10DLC numbers to send business-related communications, ensuring that your messages are secure and comply with industry regulations.

  • Customers have the option to opt-out of any marketing or non-essential communications, while service-related messages will remain active.
